Our orders are typically delivered Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as a working day). Parcels will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided. The parcel will be tracked. For GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 1PM please contact us.

These charges only include delivery charges. Therefore non- EU customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. Please also allow extra delivery time for any parcels held up at customs.
Returns for Lingerie
Due to health & safety regulations we are unable to accept returns of briefs. Returns for briefs will not be accepted and a refund shall NOT be issued.
How do I return my item?
Returns are the responsibility of customers. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We guarantee to refund you any item you are not completely happy with when you return the item to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please do not remove any labels or tags, and when returning items to us, please place the products in their original packaging. Refunds are void for any items that have been worn/used.
If you wish to return a product from outside of the United Kingdom, you must pay the cost of returning the product to us.
YOU MUST obtain proof of postage. This will be required for a refund.
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you once the item has been checked for resale. The product must be returned within the 14 day returns period.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
You are more than welcome to exchange your item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
If you wish to exchange your item please return your item, a refund will be issued and you can then purchase the required item.
What are my cancellation rights?
In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your order at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s).
To cancel your order, you must contact us within the 7 day Cancellation Period at email@example.com
You must then return the products as outlined in accordance with the (How do I return an item?) section above. If the item has already been dispatched you are liable for the postage costs incurred by us for both sending and returning.
